Brings together education in business (MBA94), Technology (IS 91), Project Management (PMI 03) and CRM (9 CRM certifications) to Architect the best solution for the client since 1994. With a wealth of knowledge, and skills in application and infrastructure architecture and design, Dirk’s primary role is to provide the day-to-day technical direction and leadership

    for CRM Dynamics’ development, cloud infrastructure and support teams. Dirk prides himself in finding solutions and workarounds for almost any scenario. Be sure to catch Dirk’s latest technical tips and tricks on our blog.

    Dirk is quite the thrill-seeker in his free time, enjoying mountain biking, canoeing and adventure races. Dirk loves adventure races and has the bruises to prove it.

    Co-Founder, Chief Strategist

    With over two decades of experience implementing CRM, Bill is a sales and marketing strategist focused on helping clients achieve their business objectives by effectively leveraging CRM and other technologies.

    Outside of business hours, Bill enjoys time with his family and is active in community volunteer pursuits. His community involvement was recognized by the Rotary International Foundation in 2013 when he was named a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also called on to present the William Gardner Student Leadership Award each spring at the University of Toronto.

    A graduate of the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Bill met fellow MBA student and co-founder, Dirk Schrader, as part of the school’s elite Business Consulting Group, which is elected by the Dean of Students. Together, they discovered their entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fixing CRM problems.

    Bill is a regular contributor to our company blog and speaks at events throughout North America.
