Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant 

Job Description

CRM Dynamics helps clients to develop their business strategy and provides software implementation services. We are one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 practices in Canada. We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Functional Consultant.

You have a passion for helping others to achieve their goals, strong business acumen, and demonstrated experience with delivering projects. A majority of projects are in Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and business objectives
  • Help clients to identify meaningful process improvements within their operations
  • Design and document business processes as part of a cross functional implementation team
  • Transform clients' needs into Dynamics 365/CRM solutions in collaboration with the Architect
  • Implement software configurations within the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Lead client workshops and joint design sessions
  • Assist clients to adopt new implemented solution, Conduct training sessions with key users
  • Lead change management and conduct testing sessions
  • Deliver presentations to senior level decision makers
  • Work with the team to keep current of the latest releases in Dynamics technologies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consulting experience in Microsoft CRM and sales and marketing process engineering
  • 10+ years working directly with clients, leading requirement gathering session, advising on how best to implement and maintain complex projects, translating needs and requirements into solutions and ensuring traceability and continuity are there throughout the project
  • Strong functional knowledge and familiarity with the most current Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Applications: Sales, Customer Service, and most importantly Marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Applications with other business application
  • Experience with previous Microsoft CRM versions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience and advanced domain knowledge in the software industry
  • University Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Experience with agile / iterative software implementation best practices and tools
  • One or more Dynamics certifications considered an asset, including:
    - Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core (Exam MB-200)
    - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Exam MB-210)
    - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Exam MB-220)
    - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Exam MB-230)
    - Microsoft Azure architecture

 Additional Requirements

  • 10 years experience as a Marketing automation consultant
  • Your Marketing Automation Consultant experience will require you to provide advice and consultation to clients on how to automate marketing activities, by using CRM to facilitate business leads, generations and integrate CRM with social medial channels, and marketing emails that are compliant with Canada's compliance standard CASL.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to client locations in Ontario

  • Salary: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 CAD per year
  • Location: Remote (within Ontario)
