Responsibilities include: 

  • Work with project managers to effectively manage multiple client projects 
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business strategy and process improvements 
  • Work with internal team members, including developers, to implement automation capabilities and other custom solutions 
  • System configuration to meet project requirements and client process needs 

Desired Skills and Expertise: 

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and budget 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience 
  • Demonstrated skills in improving business processes 
  • 3+ years experience in a Sr Consultant or Business Analyst role 
  • 3+ years experience in Microsoft CRM implementation 
  • 3+ years experience managing projects 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to client locations in and around the GTA if applicable. 

Compensation: 

  • The position allows for time management flexibility and minimal travel. 
  • We include a benefits program, vacation, training and a dynamic environment. 
  • Salary is commensurate with experience. 

As a consultant, you would be able to work from your home-based office, our office and from client sites as projects require. Our client base is primarily in the GTA and as such travel to the client site typically requires a car. 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 

Salary: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

You Are:

CRM Dynamics specializes in helping clients to develop business strategies and provide CRM implementation services. We are looking for a candidate who has Change Management experience ideally in Customer Relationship Management implementations to provide clients with change management support which leads to increased business benefit realization for our clients. You have a passion for helping others to achieve their goals, strong business acumen, and demonstrated experience with delivering projects.

Change Management Responsibilities

  • Work with project managers to effectively manage multiple client projects
  • Responsible for coaching and supporting a clients change management activities specific to changes and enhancements to technology and/or business processes.
  • Conduct impact and risk analyses, asses change readiness, identify key solutions stakeholders, measure adoption and evolve plans as needed.
  • Ensure the consistent application of the Change Management discipline throughout an initiative when developing actionable and targeted change management plans – including Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Change Plan, and Business Readiness Assessment etc.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual and business changes.
  • Contributing to the development of commercial propositions, processes, and documentation such as SOWs, and RFPs.
  • Being an internal change advocate, promoting our offering and services and developing the capability within the organization

CRM Trainer/Consultant Responsibilities

  • Create training material utilizing technology to support client system training needs
  • Develop a technical training strategy, and where needed, a broader training strategy for client projects
  • Train client teams on the new technology that has been created for their business
  • Act as a tester for UAT and QA processes in the project life cycle

Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent work experience
  • PROSCI or other change management certification
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in this role
  • Consultancy experience with a Cultural Change, Organizational Development and/or Learning and Development specialism
  • Experience with deploying new technical solutions (preferably CRM)
  • Excellent communicator - both verbal and written
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Training experience would be ideal
