This month we learn about our Dynamics Financial Services expert Kris Pesut.

Sport has always been a big part of your life. What is it about it that you enjoy?  

I don’t want to bore people with my exploits when I was young, but, yes, I did play sports competitively growing up. I now experience that world through my kids and I still enjoy it.  

As to why I do, I think it has to do with how competitive I am as a person. I’ve always enjoyed competing. I just find different ways to do that now. 

Like how? 

My job, mostly! Sales is very similar to elite sport in that you need to be sharp and on top of things at all time – you know your competitors will be. I think that’s what attracted me to sales. It was a chance to tap into my competitive nature. 

So, you’ve explained why you were attracted to sales. Why were you attracted to selling Dynamics 365 in particular?      

I believe in the product. I use the product every day and I see how it benefits sales professionals. So, it’s really easy for me to sell it. As a sales professional I want to help other sales pros be successful and I know Dynamics 365 is a tool that can help them. So, it’s a pleasure to sell this platform.        

Your focus is on the Financial Services sector. Why there? 

It’s really a product of working on enterprise solutions. I found that many of the bigger deals came in FinServe so I started to really focus on that sector. Now, I have the experience that allows me to speak their language and have a better understanding of how Dynamics 365 can help them succeed. So, it’s a win-win for everyone!       

What are you most excited about for the next year? 

CRM Dynamics has put a lot of resources into its Financial Services Blueprint solutions. I know that Financial Services sectors such as insurance, wealth management, banking and credit unions were still struggling when it came to managing day-to-day operations.   I felt that the industry still needed the type of guidance and support  that Dynamics 365 perspective and we (Kris) can help.  

our Blueprints are going to open up the power of D365 to more people and I can’t wait to get out there and show people what it can do!
