Be a Part of Our Association Focus Group Session at Microsoft Technology Center

CRM Dynamics invites you to take part in our Association Focus Group on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019. The event will take place between 9:00 am and 11:00 am EDT at the Microsoft Canada head office, which is located at 1950 Meadowvale Blvd in Mississauga.

We are hoping to have a candid and productive discussion about the challenges that modern Associations face and to brainstorm ways that Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM can better support Member Management Organizations.

The insight you provide will assist us in the ongoing development of Dynamics Association Blueprint, our Association focused CRM solution. Launched last Fall, Dynamics Association Blueprint is designed to be an out-of-the-box CRM that is positioned to meet the unique needs of Membership Associations.

Built within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and integrated with the family of Microsoft business software, Dynamics Association Blueprint provides you with a 360-degree view of each member, as well as operational control over, sales, service, marketing and social engagement insights. Although customizable, the product’s out-of-the-box capability is designed with the needs of budget-conscious Associations in mind.
