Have you ever experienced a technology-enabled change that didn’t go well? Did everyone understand what was changing and why? Did you invest time and money in a great new technology and then a month after implementation everyone went back to the old way of doing things? You’re not alone - it’s hard to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Microsoft and CRM Dynamics are excited to invite you to join us as Avenai takes you on a Transformation Journey that will expose common pitfalls, the tricks to success and easily-implementable steps to kick-start your journey or take it across the finish line.
Avenai’s Senior Partners will lead you through a workshop designed to help you assess where you are on the transformation journey and share very practical tips to help you lead your organization to the next phase.
Our Avenai panel includes leaders involved in large, complex projects and enterprise transformations. They will discuss their experiences and the role of leadership in the change journey. Whether the changes are understood upfront or just prior to implementation, it’s never too late to mark a baseline, set a vision and plan for a successful change.
